Strong sales across all categories of Antilles’ building configurations in the last few months have reduced its inventory of move in ready homes, but there are still some Phase One Coach and Multiplex residences available for immediate occupancy.  At the same time, new construction of the popular Grand Coach Homes is well underway.

Antilles’ remaining 3-Bedroom Coach and Multiplex residences are priced from the $400,000’s and range from 1,549 to 2,444 square feet under air.  They are finished with the caliber of standard fittings and finishes that distinguish luxury residences.  Every unit features a screened-in Lanai and Garage parking.  In the Multiplexes, which are built two floors over ground level parking, each top floor unit receives an enclosed single-car Garage as well as an assigned space.  Solid wood, 8-foot interior doors, Merano hardware, cove ceilings per plan, higher ceilings and taller baseboards are standard in all Antilles’ homes.  Shaker style wood cabinetry is used throughout with soft-close features, as are 42-inch high Kitchen upper cabinets and wide profile, porcelain tile flooring in all living areas with designer-level carpeting in the Bedrooms.  Shower enclosures are tiled floor to ceiling and finished with substantial frameless glass doors.  Kohler plumbing fixtures are standard as are double-sink Master Bath vanities.  All Closets include custom built-in storage systems.  Exterior doors and windows are wind and hurricane-rated and paver walk- and driveways are standard.   All homes include Linen Closets, Pantries, walk-in Master Closets and separate Laundry Rooms.  Quartz countertops are standard as are Kitchen island pendant fixtures and GE stainless steel Kitchen  and Laundry appliances.   Recessed lighting and pre-wiring for data, voice and video are included.  Antilles’ concrete slabs include vapor barriers and moisture resistant interior drywall is included.  Roof tile tie-downs are wind rated to 160 mph.  High efficiency, 16 SEER Carrier central air condition and heating systems are standard.

Antilles overall presentation reflects a contemporary version of classic West Indies Island style, finished in dove grey exteriors highlighted by crisp white trims and sharp black Bahama shutters.  The 54 acre community is built around its own 5 acre Kingfisher Lake and protected wetland preserve and set back from the Collier Boulevard corridor at the end of a long approach.  It is surrounded on 2-1/2 sides by preserves and offers multiple opportunities for nature and wildlife sightings due to its proximity to Rookery Bay Reserve to the west.

The Flamingo Club is in the middle of Antilles and has become a casual social center for homeowners.  Its contemporary palette and understated decor set the tone for the entire 212 home community.  Airy spaces, high ceilings, wide windows and doors, fine finishes and lots of comfortable seating create a welcoming ambience.  With a 5,000 square foot interior and almost twice as much again in the outdoor living area, the Flamingo Club offers a social center with something for everyone.  Executive and conference, catering, professional grade exercise and fitness, plus massage services are available.  The Gathering Room occupies about one-half of the Club’s interior, and offers multiple tables with plush seating for cards and games, casual dining and general socializing.  It has a fireplace lounge and wide screen TV big enough for game days.  Sonny’s Cafe is available from morning coffee to evening brews.  It overlooks the 9,000 outdoor living area and is centered on the 3,500 square foot resort pool with wade-in entry and negative edge perimeter that appears to overflow into Antilles’ own 5-acre Kingfisher Lake and wetland preserve just beyond.  The Lake’s triple-tiered fountains offer graceful water shows and distinguish the property.  Coach Homes built around the water features and outdoor living area have deep Lanais, enhancing the enjoyment of their views.

An oversized tiki hut, spa, sun and shade decks and pergola shaded fire pit complete the fenced area.  Antilles’ regulation bocce and pickleball quadcourts have been purpose-built away from the residences and are big attractions for homeowners.  A putting green was recently approved for that section and the walking and golf cart path around Kingfisher Lake are complete.  Unobstructed views west at sunset are spectacular.  The stillness of Antilles quiet location enhances every evening and underscores the natural beauty that has made Naples a world class destination.

Antilles is a private, gated community 2 miles south of Tamiami Trail East (US 41), off Collier Boulevard (SR 951).
